The Establishment is owned by Sheikh Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Hosni who is associated, for over 30 years, with cleaning services industry as a Family business by way of being owners of Kalhat Services & Trading LLC. , The group is associated with largest cleaning company of Sultanate of Oman, with over 2500 emplyees and turnover of Over Omani Rials 6 million per annum.

The Management of our establishment is in the hands of qualified, experienced team of the Managing Director and the Managers, who have decades of service in the industry. The team works as a choesive unit to provide direction to the organization. The dynamism of the team has so far brought reputation and growth to the organization.



In support of the management, there is a unit of smart, able and vigilant execuitves and supervisory staff. They ensure that the philosophy of the organization, declared under mission statement, is implemented in spirit and no compromise of quality in services is accepted.

A brief profiel of the management team is below:

The Chairman Managing Director, Sheikh Abdul Aziz al Hosni, is a Bachelor of Business from the University of California. He joined Kalhat Services & Trading LLC , in 1996 and served as General Manager for over 8 years. During his management tenor in Kalhat Services, the company recorded outstanding performance with yearly growth rate of over 18% Presently, He is the Chairman of the National GAs SAOG and the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the National Securities SAOD., both public joint stock companies in Sultanate of Oman. He is also on the board of many companies including Oman Aviation Services SAOG. Apart from the above he manages large family properties and businesses.

The General Manager Mr.Nitin L. Negandhi is a Chartered Accountant from India. He has over 22 years of experience in gulf countries in various industries including 8 years as the Finance Manger of Kalhat Services and Trading L.L.C. wherein he was head of various management committees which controlled the operations and administration of the company. In addtion to the above, he had the responsibility of development of acquired diversifications.

The operations Manager Mr.Unni Nair carries over 22 years of cleaning industry experience of which over 20 years was in Kalhat Services where he rose from position of the Sites Supervisor to that of the Purchase Manager, prior to joining our company. He brings with him dicipline and technical knowlege to head the operations. His vast "hands on" experience is proving to be very useful in his present assignment.

The Marketing Manager Mr.V.Suresh is holding a Master degreee in Business Administration in Marketing and has rich and varied experience of Dubai Market. He has service of over 5 years with our company out of total work experience of 15 years. His understanding of the custome's requirments has helped in establishing a long term and successful business partnerships for the company.

The Administration and Debt Collection Manager Mr.Mahmoud Asfan has over 6 years experienced in South Africa and over 5 years in Dubai, Where he has managed the administration activity. His experience helps to fulfill the logistical and personnel requirments of the company. He ensures that the Debt Collection is done on timely basis and Bad Debts are kept at minimum possible.
